QJiggy ("QJiggy," "we," "us," or "our") provides a service that helps gig delivery shoppers evaluate and decide on batch orders. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.
QJiggy is operated out of Ontario, Canada. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, you can reach us through the Contact page on our website.
We keep the information we collect to a strict minimum. When you create a QJiggy account, we collect:
We do not collect your home address or government identification, and we do not require them to use QJiggy.
If you allow it, the iOS Shortcut or Android macro reads your device's location just long enough to calculate travel time to the store for the batch you're looking at. That happens on your device and isn't kept as a location history. Location access is entirely optional: decline it and QJiggy still scores your batch — the result is just tagged (no location) so you know a travel-time estimate wasn't included.
On Android, the store's resolved location is also cached locally on your device — this is the store's address, not yours — so QJiggy doesn't have to look up the same store again on your next batch. This cache lives entirely on your phone; it's never transmitted to or stored on QJiggy's servers, and it stays until you clear the macro's app data or uninstall it.
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Apple and Google act as the merchant of record for these transactions, meaning they handle payment processing, applicable sales tax, and VAT collection on our behalf. QJiggy does not receive or store your payment card details, billing address, or precise location from Apple or Google — we only receive confirmation of your subscription status (for example, active, expired, or cancelled).
We do not send marketing emails, and we do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising purposes.
Your account data is stored in a database we operate directly. Configuration data used to power calculations is stored separately and is only retained as long as needed to provide the service.
We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion of your account:
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable privacy law (such as the GDPR in the European Union, UK GDPR, Canada's PIPEDA, Singapore's PDPA, or Japan's APPI), including the right to:
To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the Contact page on our website.
QJiggy is operated from Canada. If you use QJiggy from outside Canada, your information may be processed in Canada. Because your subscription billing is handled entirely by Apple or Google, any tax obligations tied to your location are handled by them as merchant of record, not by QJiggy directly.
QJiggy is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age required by applicable law to independently consent to this policy in their jurisdiction.
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or want to exercise your data rights, please reach out via the Contact page on our website.
