QJIGGY — TERMS OF SERVICE Last updated: September 7, 2026 1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By creating an account, downloading the QJiggy Shortcut or automation file, or otherwise using QJiggy (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. 2. WHAT QJIGGY IS QJiggy is a tool that helps gig delivery shoppers evaluate delivery batch offers. It reads information from a screenshot you provide, calculates reference metrics such as estimated hourly rate and estimated completion time, and returns that information to help you decide whether to accept or decline a batch. QJiggy does not accept, decline, or otherwise interact with batch offers on your behalf, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any delivery or gig platform whose offers you may evaluate using the Service. 3. NO GUARANTEE OF ACCURACY QJiggy's calculations are estimates based on information extracted from a screenshot and configuration values you provide or approve. Screenshot recognition, store address lookups, and estimated timing may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. QJiggy is a decision-support tool, not a guarantee of earnings, and you remain solely responsible for any decision you make about a batch offer. 4. ACCOUNTS To use certain features of QJiggy, you must create an account with a name and a verified email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. 5. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All payment processing, billing disputes, refunds, and applicable taxes for your subscription are handled by Apple or Google under their own respective terms and policies, not by QJiggy directly. Your subscription tier determines which features of the Service are available to you. 6. ACCEPTABLE USE You agree not to: - Use the Service for any unlawful purpose - Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to QJiggy's systems - Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse QJiggy's calculation or authorization systems - Share your account credentials with others or use the Service to provide unauthorized access to third parties Building or customizing your own Shortcut, MacroDroid macro, or other client automation using QJiggy's publicly documented request and response fields — for example, to design your own notification layout — is expressly permitted and is not reverse engineering or misuse under this section. 7. DEVICES AND CONFIGURATION Configuration values you set (such as picking speed or store preferences) are synced to your registered devices to personalize calculations. You are responsible for keeping these values reasonably accurate, as they directly affect the estimates you receive. 8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY QJiggy, its logo, branding, and underlying software are the property of QJiggy and its creator. These Terms do not grant you any ownership interest in the Service, only a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use it in accordance with these Terms. 9. TERMINATION You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. 11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, QJiggy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including but not limited to lost earnings or missed batch opportunities. 12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent revision. 13. GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. 14. CONTACT Questions about these Terms can be directed to QJiggy via the Contact page on our website.
